About Rick Raddatz
Rick Raddatz has a gift for understanding the deeper forces at work -- forces other people miss. The BizFix makeover process was designed to harness this gift for the benefit of entrepreneurs like you.
THE MICROSOFT YEARS: After earning degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy, Rick worked for Micosoft as a product designer, developer and marketer for 12 years. In 1993 he pitched Bill Gates on the idea of web-based search engines (two years before the web). In 1996 he pitched the Windows team on the idea of online social networking (six years before MySpace and Facebook). In 1999 he pitched the Internet Explorer team on centralized tag-based chat (seven years before Twitter).
SERIAL ENTREPRENEUR: After leaving Microsoft, Rick launched an audio and video hosting website in 2003 (two years before YouTube) which lead to a series of web-based services for small-business owners, including the flagship InstantTeleseminar.com. So far, Rick's business services have helped over 65,000 small business owners improve their sales, marketing and operations.
POLITICAL PHILOSOPHER: The passive-income from Rick's businesses allowed him to pursue a dream -- the dream of uniting the values of the political-left and political-right philosophically. For most people, such a quest would be an idle wish. But Rick is, well, Rick. Four years later, he succeeded. It may take a few years for the rest of the world to catch up, but you can see the future of democracy right now at WinWinRevolution.org (an 18-minute summary) and FixDemocracy.org (a 5-hour whiteboard lecture)
STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEUR: BizFix.com marks Rick's return to the business world. It is the first of three new companies Rick is planning that will help small business owners think strategically, execute effectively and live wonderfully. If there's anyone who can help you imagine a better future and create a plan to get you there, it's Rick Raddatz.
